Over the years, Suardi S.p.A. has pursued a structured and responsible path, founded on a commitment to quality, the environment, safety, social responsibility and transparency.
Certifications and Integrated Management System (IMS)
Our approach is rooted in the will to grow sustainably, adopting recognised management systems, keeping constantly up to date with regulations and introducing innovative tools to protect workers, the community and the environment.
Since 2012 the Company has adopted an Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System, applying the standards UNI EN ISO 9001 (Quality management systems), UNI EN ISO 14001 (Environmental management systems) and BS OHSAS 18001 (Occupational health and safety management systems).
The aim is to ensure optimal performance in terms of process and service quality, environmental protection and the health and safety of workers, creating a solid, structured foundation for responsible and continuous development.
Over the years this vision has guided a series of strategic choices that have led the Company to constantly expand and strengthen its management system, integrating new certifications, keeping pace with regulatory developments and introducing innovative tools for social responsibility, welfare and sustainability.

2018
In 2018 the Company implemented and adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model compliant with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and, in the same year, introduced a Social Accountability Management System compliant with SA 8000, a certification that received official SAI accreditation in October 2022.

2019
Since 2019, aware of the importance of employee satisfaction, well-being and work-life balance, SUARDI S.P.A. has implemented a Corporate Welfare Plan, adopting innovative policies and tools to support its people and their families.

2020
In September 2020 the Management System was further developed with UNI EN ISO 39001 certification (Road traffic safety) and the transition from BS OHSAS 18001 to UNI EN ISO 45001, in line with the Company’s commitment to remain constantly aligned with regulatory developments.

2022
In October 2022 the Company strengthened its control system with UNI EN ISO 37001 certification (Anti-bribery management systems), followed in November 2022 by UNI EN ISO 50001 certification (Energy management systems), confirming a growing focus on energy efficiency and savings.

2023
Since March 2023 the Company has adopted a system compliant with the UNI/PdR 125 reference practice, designed to ensure gender equality, equity and inclusion within the organisation.

2025
In November 2025 the Company took a further environmental step by obtaining a Statement of conformity with UNI EN ISO 14064, certifying the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for 2024.
The entire Integrated Management System is accredited through ACCREDIA, the sole national accreditation body designated by the Italian Government.
Suardi S.p.A. also holds SOA certification, which allows it to bid for major public works by meeting all the required technical and financial criteria. The Company’s steady growth allows the categories of its certification to be regularly updated and extended.
